BY AIR:New Delhi(500KM)-From Delhi,drive through Meerut-Haridwar-Rishikesh-Srinagar -Karnaprayag,Chamoli & Joshimath.Resort is 14KM from here.The 3KM road from Garhwal Mandal is in bad condition. Guests are advised to park at Garhwal Mandal & use the cable car or a 4x4 wheel drive all the way up.BY RAIL:From Delhi take the Delhi- Dehradun Shatabdi to Haridwar.From here follow the road to Joshimath at 300 Kms (10-11 Hours).During winter the roads are impassable & cable car is the only method of transport to the resort.The cable car operates direct from Joshimath & stops at Tower 8.From here the resort is a 50m walk (not suitable for the infirm or children). The last cable car operates at 16:15 hrs.

Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.

Supply of hot water is limited and water supply gets affected in winter due to below zero temperature. In case of major electricity break down in the area, resort will have generator back up for limited hours i.e. between 8am to 10.30am & 7.30pm to 10pm. Utility fee is charged for a full week regardless of duration of stay.

A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.

Quality of the resort and amenities provided are basic. GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort. One bedroom unit will be allotted for members who confirmed for studio unit.

Cable car is currently nonoperational, alternate is Chair car which operates from 10.00am to 4.00pm. Resort is accessible only by chair car. There are more than 150 steps from GMVN to the pickup tower of chair car. Road leading to the resort is closed by the border authorities. For members driving down, parking facility with fee is subject to the availability at GMVN or alternatively at Joshimath

Activity charges: Skiing-1000/ per person. Snow Activities(Cricket, Snow Man etc.)-2000/ per person. Rock Climbing & Rippling-800/ per person. Trekking to Gorson top-1000 FOR A GROUP OF 6 PERSON. Trekking to Tapown-4000 FOR 6 PERSON. Trekking to RR point-1000 FOR A GROUP OF 6 PERSON. Horse Riding-1000 per person. DJ-20000 on request per night. GST as applicable will need to be paid at the resort.
