The spacious Residences at Marival Residences Luxury Resort® range from 1,400 to 2,700 square feet and from one to four bedrooms. And for those seeking privacy, the 3 bedroom 2-story villas are also available, with terrace and private pool. All the residences and villas are fully equipped with living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathrooms, outdoor terrace and even washing machine and drier. You can find luxurious amenities such as pillow menu and nightly turndown service in the residences and villas. They offer options such as ocean view, demi-pool with full food, beverage and pool concierge service during the day, and penthouses on the top floor with private pool. It will feel like your home away from home!

Airport Location

Puerto Vallarta - PVR (7 Miles)

The Puerto Vallarta International Airport is the closest, located at 10.5 km from the resort. From the airport, take the second entrance to the Riviera Nayarit, under the bridge you will find a traffic light, go straight and pass the entrance to the Riviera Nayarit (formerly Nuevo Vallarta) continue to the end of the road and turn left onto Paseo de los Cocoteros, continue on that road until you reach the resort on the left hand side. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. The additional fees are detailed on each resort's page as well as during the booking process.

Mandatory All Inclusive Program Fees are per person, per day. *4 Night Minimum Stay required! Child Fees apply to 7-12 year olds. *A Minimum Occupancy required per unit type of 2 Adults in 1 Bedroom, 3 Adults in 2 Bedroom & 6 Adults in 3 Bedroom units. *Children 0-6 years old are free per adult traveling, if adult travels with 2 children regular child fee will apply for one, if 2 adults travel with 3 children, child fee will apply for one child.
