TV with Netflix and Sat Tv, Bluetooth speaker with CD and AM and FM radio, a well equipped kitchen and dining table, high speed internet (30 MB/s), a big safe (can fit your laptop) and access to the buildings common areas such as the gym, the terrace, the grill and the laundry room with a washer and a dryer. *Units DEPT08 & DEPT011 1Bedroom 03/02 do not have privacy.*Units DEPTO12 1Bedroom 04/02 do have a separate/private bedroom. *UNIT: MARCONI 1BR 04/04 is located one block away from main building at: Marconi 3 Depto 301.

The following rules must be followed by all RCI inbounds: * No Smoking. * Unit maximum occupancy of 4 people could not be exceeded. * You cannot bring guests that are not registered since arrival. * You cannot have parties in the apartment. * You cannot have music after 10:00 pm. * Close main door once entered the building.
Smoking is not allowed in units.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
