As of 3 Apr '23, the resort changed its name from Park Regis to Carinae Hotel.
Any last-minute confirmation and guest name changes must be emailed to quang.dinh@ohvacation.com at least 3 days before arrival. Please avoid contacting the resorts directly.
Resort will not support check-in if the guest does not have ownership and does not have a Guest Certificate. The certificate needs to be purchased 3 working days before check-in.
Resort strictly enforces policy on maximum occupancy. Breakfast is not included in room rate. Request changing linen during stay will charge 200,000VND.
