Since the late Middle Ages, Karma Borgo di Colleoli has had many lives. First as a castle then, during the flowering of the Renaissance, a villa for Tuscany's aristocracy. In 2003, the entire property was painstakingly restored by Palummo & Pierotti Architects under the guidance of the Italian Fine Arts Commission. The property's former farm buildings transformed into fifty stylish apartments, with no two apartments precisely alike and each with their own story to tell.The stylish one-bedroom apartments are perfect for couples or families and sleep up to four people. Each apartment features double or twin beds, a comfortable open living and dining area with sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom with shower.

Not all 1 bedroom units have kitchens
Unit 19 is on the ground floor, with very little light as it has small windows. Unit 30 is on the first floor. Both units 19 and 30 are quite small and can only accommodate two adults and 2 children under 12 years old, or 3 adults.
