Unit Info

Studios sleep a family of four, and two-bedroom units accommodate up to six. Bedrooms feature either two or three double beds, all comfortable and inviting after a busy, fun-filled day of activities and sports. Some rooms offer spectacular views of the ocean, which can be enjoyed from the living room and bedroom. Sunsets (and sunrises) are spectacular, not to be missed from the lovely, outdoor patio that captures every breeze.

Resort is 16 miles from Cancun Int'l Airport. From the airport follow the main highway towards Puerto Juarez Punta Sam. Resort is 15 minutes south of the Hotel Zone and 10 minutes driving to downtown. With a beachfront, resort has a magnificent view of Isla Mujeres & the Hotel Zone. The program includes one-way airport transportation from the hotel to the airport only for reservations with a minimum stay of 6 nights for up to 6 people arriving at or around the same time. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in all-inclusive and are required to pay the associated fees. You'll pay a base price when you book with Armed Forces Vacation Club and additional fees will be due directly to the resort at or before check-in. Garden view unit and 5% discount for tours with the hotel agency. It also includes transportation for a single trip, only from the Hotel to the Airport in minimum stays of 6 Nights and for up to 6 people traveling on the same or similar itinerary. * RCI members and guests who anticipate arriving after the arrival date or who will stay less than 7 nights, MUST contact the development at least three days before the arrival date to inform, otherwise they will be responsible for cover the All Inclusive program for the whole week * Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without notice, at the resorts discretion. Fees may vary per night or week based on season of travel, such as high season and holiday weeks. All fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and age of guests. Please verify that the All-Inclusive fee is correct on your confirmation based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and is the responsibility of the guest traveling. Minimum 2 Adults in Studio Units and 4 Adults in 2 Bedroom units.

No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

Other Information

To view the All-Inclusive fees you will be responsible for paying to the resort upon check in or prior to check in please review your confirmation letter. All-Inclusive fees are calculated based on the travelers information provided at time of confirmation

RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.

There is a 5% state lodging tax.

Resort only has 1 access ramp from the street to the lobby. No elevators in the resort, stairs only. Only has one handicap unit.
