Unit Info
Each townhouse has 1,500 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Master bedrooms have a king-sized bed and private master bath. Each unit has a fully equipped, ample kitchen and its own washer and dryer, private garage, and easy access to the center courtyard. There are six flights of stepsin each unit as each unit has three floors.
Airport Location
Sarasota/Bradenton, FL - SRQ (12 Miles)
The Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is 15 miles from the resort. From the airport, go North on Hwy 41 for 5 miles and then turn left onto Cortez Rd.(SR684). Continue for 8 miles over bridge to Gulf Drive. Turn right, go to the first traffic light and turn left onto Gulf Drive and follow road around to 3805 Gulf Drive. Check-in office is poolside unit B3 at the resort. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. The check-in office is open till 6:00 pm on Saturday only. If you will be arriving late or on a different day, please contact the resort in advance 941-778-6667. After hours call 941-954-3986.
