Every unit has a television set. * 3BR units Occ: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 double bed, 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms and double ceiling fan.2BR units Occ: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 double bed, 2 single beds,1 bathroo and a ceiling fan.Hotel units Occ:Max 4/4 have 4 individual beds, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning. There is a MANDATORY additional charge of US$29 per Adult and US$14 per Child 5-12 years old which includes the exclusive activities of the B.E.N. Program (Buzios Espiritualidad y Naturaleza - check www.buziosespiritualidade.com.br). Do not include breakfast. Daily beach towel service. Daily housekeeping. The resort is located at ecological preserved area,9km far from Buzios center. There is a 2km from the resort entrance to the reception. We suggest to rent a car to move around.

The resort is located in an area of natural preservation. There is treated and filtered water, however it contains 10% salt. The reservation does not include breakfast.
