Shenandoah Crossing is located approximately 30 miles Northeast of Charlottesville and 107 miles Southwest of Washington, D.C. Children and adults will enjoy bonfires, haunted trail walks, storytelling, and arts and crafts at Friendship Square, which also features our General Store, arcade, fitness center, sports courts, and equipment rentals. Next to the Square is Watership Harbour, Shenandoah Crossing’s pool and recreation area including an expansive main pool, activity pool, two hot tubs, and an interactive spray ground. Nearby Nickajack Park and Makepeace Station offer horseshoes, a kid's playscape, organized excursions, games, ghost tours, and more. Sallie’s Stables and our Equestrian Center also offer over two dozen trail horses for horseback riding. The Trading Post is open daily from 8-4pm. Limited offerings of breakfast sandwiches, pizza, and some grocery items are available in the deli.

Enjoy the rustic elegance of a two- or three-bedroom cabin or a one-, two- or three-bedroom townhouse, featuring full kitchens and baths, fireplaces, master bedrooms, balconies and porches, and separate dining and living areas. For a slightly more exotic, stay try a one- or two-bedroom luxury yurt stay. Furnishings include four-poster beds with plush linens, flat-screen TVs, elegant bathrooms, and fully-equipped kitchens, all with central heat and air. Stay in an open-plan yurt with one bed and pullout couch or a two-bedroom unit, plus a pullout couch. Guests can also enjoy a large wooden deck area with a summer kitchen outside.

The nearest airport is 30 miles away in Charlottesville. From the airport, take the US Hwy 29 North to Hwy 33 and go East approximately 4 miles past Gordonsville to Rte 749. Take Rte 749 to the Right 1.75 miles to the resort entrance. From Richmond about 80 miles away take I-64 West to Hwy 15N and continue to Gordonsville. At Gordonsville take Hwy 33 East to Rte 749. Take Rte 749 to the Right 1.75 miles to the resort entrance. Stop at the security booth as you enter the property. They will direct you to the check-in building which is open 24 hours.
