The nearest major commercial airport is Bradley International Airport, about 60 miles away in Hartford. From the airport, take Highway 91 south, Highway 9 south and I-95 south. Take exit 65 and go south (left) on Route 153 and east (left) on Route 1. The resort will be approximately 1/2 mile farther on the right.

Units sleep 6 are upstairs with no elevator access. Guests must be able to climb stairs

Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.

One-bedroom sleep 6 units are accessed by stairs with NO elevator access. All guests in your travel party must be able to climb stairs to confirm this unit type. The resort cannot relocate guests to lower-level units. Inbounds will be directed back to RCI to cancel if necessary. One-bedroom sleep 4 units are on the lower level with 1 bath. Kitchens do not have ovens or dishwashers, and no washers or dryers are in the units.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.

Resort unable to honor requests for water views. Parking near units can be difficult however valet parking is offered at no charge. Due to over crowding of beaches, RCI inbounds cannot invite guests to use beaches or resort pool. Mandatory parking fees are charged to all inbounds by resort.

Unit numbers can not be requested by inbound or provided by RCI at time of confirmation as resort manages unit placement based on start date and unit type confirmed. Any specifric unit number quoted by RCI would not be accurate to unit occupied. -- THE RESORT CANNOT HONOR REQUESTS FOR WATER VIEW UNITS.
