- Each air-conditioned vacation home has two televisions with DVD, a CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator,
and a washer and dryer. One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. Two-bedroom
units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 2 king beds, and 2 queen sleep sofas. Two-bedroom units consists of two one-bedroom
units sharing a common foyer. The South Point Casino is open adjacent to the Grandview Resort. The casino has 64 lanes of
bowling, several restaurants and bars, a 4,000-seat equestrian complex, and a 16-screen movie complex with stadium seating.
- Guests cannot stay for more than 8 weeks combined within the calendar year. All exceeding eight weeks will be cancelled.

The Grandview at Las Vegas is located 4 Miles from McCarran International Airport. From the Airport take Paradise Road South
to I-215 West. Follow I-215 West and exit at Las Vegas Blvd. South. Go 3 miles on Las Vegas Blvd South to the resort which
sits on the right (West) side of the road. The resort is located just seven miles South of the action on the famous Las Vegas
Boulevard. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. There is no public transportation available from the resort.
