• Each air-conditioned unit at Harbour Inn has a partial kitchen, cable television, and fireplace.
• The recommended adult occupancy for studio units is 2 persons.
• Even-numbered units do not have a water view.
• Certain units designated with an LM have a full kitchen with a dishwasher and are located one mile from the inn and its amenities.
• LM 13 is a 1 bedroom unit (maximum occupancy 4) and has 1 bath, a king bed, and a sleep sofa. LM 11, 15, and 25 are 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a sleep sofa.
• Harbour Inn studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, a queen bed, and a sleep sofa.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, a king bed or queen bed, and a sleep sofa.
• Both locations have two floors and no elevators.
• The resort cannot accommodate unit upgrades.

From the Toronto International Airport, take Highway 409 East to Highway 401 East to Highway 400 North past Barrie. Continue on Highway 11 north to Orillia and continue southeast on Highway 12 to Brechin. In Brechin, turn right (west) at the light onto County Road 47. Continue straight for approximately 2.5 kilometers or 1 mile to the Lagoon City entrance and turn right on Laguna Parkway. Turn left on Poplar Crescent and follow to the end where the resort is located.
