The Veterans Holidays 7-day, Space-A Rental Program offers a great vacation value. However, there are trade-offs. What if you can't travel off-season or on short notice and still want to go to a popular destination? In response to numerous inquiries about in-season resort rentals, we have negotiated with resort properties for additional inventory at "in-season" rates. These are NON-Space A Commercial Rental opportunities at popular and high demand resorts that currently offer commercial rental rates to the general public. While we negotiated special rates, the price for a Non-Space A Commercial Rental will be higher than the current Space-A Program and will vary from one resort to another. Space-A Rental inventory consists of unused units deposited for exchange with RCI by individual owners. NON-Space A Commercial Rental inventory is made available by the individual resorts. While RCI still handles the reservation process, there are two separate and distinct pools of inventory. This means that you may find availability at the same resort under BOTH Space-A Rental and NON-Space A Commercial Rental programs. Although these resorts are in high demand by the resort owners, this does not mean that they will never have units available under the regular Space-A Program. It is possible that Space-A units might be available on short notice due to owner cancellations. If you rent under the NON- Space A Commmercial Rental Program and a unit becomes available under the Space-A Program, you CANNOT be transferred to the Space-A unit and the difference in price WILL NOT be credited or refunded.
